- Compatibility: 4.6.2 through 4.6.6. , 4.6.0 if 4.6.0.9 or superseding patch has been applied

4.6.6.4 readme :
- Obsoletes Patch: 4.6.6.3
- Compatibility: 4.6.6

Therefore with reference to the above can Patch 4.6.6.4 (the successor of 4.6.6.3) also be applied on top of earlier patchsets say 4.6.4 ?
