There is an issue when upgrading the UIM from 7.2.0 to 7.2.3.
The installation happens normally, however when the UIM is restarted the UIM custom deploy fails.
1) Upgrade from UIM 7.2.0 to 7.2.3
2) Restart the UIM servers
