CM Intermittently Core Dump When CC Refresh Account After Subscription Transfer

On BRM 184.108.40.206.0 version, Subscription Management
CM core when CC tries to refresh an account after subscription transfer.
When a subscription is transferred from account A to account B and when Account A is refreshed from CC, CM intermittently generates core. Since core is generated the custom CC refreshes the screen and does not show any other subscription attached with the account (if any). CC also repeatedly prompts the user for password for re-login

The issue has the following business impact:
user experience with CC is impacted and has to login again each time.
