When user tries to search for items to allocate and clicks on the SKU LOV without entering any other search criteria, the system tries to find all items in all warehouses. This causes a heavy query to run on the database, reducing performance.
Steps to recreate:
1. Enter "Search for items to allocate" page.
2. Click on LOV icon in the SKU line.
3. Query searching for all items, in all locations should be run on database. This query causes database performance problems.
