Symptoms

On Oracle Communications, Network charging and Control (OCNCC/NCC), release 5.0.1

When altering the "ShortMessageTemplateCacheFlush", "ShortMessageTemplateCacheAge" or "ShortMessageTemplateCacheValidity" parameters, there is no difference in the Short Message Template cache timings.

The Charging Control Services (CCS)'s example eserv.config configuration file has these parameters set :
