IPSA 5.2.4 UI incompatibility with Windows 2008 R2 server (Doc ID 1676896.1)

When using Win2008 R2 server with IPSA 5.2.4, the user noticed an issue where whenever they commit a transaction the transaction window will "hang" or just not appear, eventually leading to the UI "hanging" and the UI has to be terminated.

A netstat shows the TCP connection from UI to the PS and connection from PS to UI is ESTABLISHED correctly and when a user adds an object in another UI or OIM it appears in the UI, so TCP connectivity seems ok. The problem seems to just be contained to commits.
