Goal

Bug# 15875853 addressed the following issue:

For the Japanese dictionary flag for the CASE_PAT_HIST table, MedDRA Recode correctly re-codes the MedDRA Hierarchy but fails to update the Japanese dictionary flag after re-coding.

This note provides a workaround.
