How Can a What-If Allocation Support Items Sourced From Different Warehouses? (Doc ID 1677725.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 17, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 13.2.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

This addresses the behavior of 'What-If' allocations created for items with multiple sources.

Example:  Item 1234 is sourced from warehouse A (Flat Pack).  Item 6789 is sourced from warehouse B (Hanging Garments).   Both items appear in a 'What-If' allocation to store 320.  Store 320 has default warehouse A.  The What-If allocation shows both items from A.
