VWS Voucher Recharges On BRM Accounts With Non-account Level Balance Groups Not Working (Doc ID 1677748.1)

Symptoms

When using Network Charging & Control (NCC) 5.0.1 and Billing & Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5, a BRM Account with non-account level Balance Groups cannot be topped-up by a voucher recharge coming from NCC. 

Voucher recharges from NCC are only working with Account level Balance Groups.

On BRM, the difference between Account level and Non-account level Balance Groups is described hereunder:
