How To Install Oracle DB 11.2 for an MSM 13.3.2 Installation (Doc ID 1677909.1)

Goal

This article concerns the installation of Oracle Retail Macro Space Management (MSM) 13.3.2.  After entering details in Database Configuration and server, the installation process shows an error stating that the provider is not configured or installed properly.  When attempting to install MSM again, we received the following error message:

ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified
