Abandoned orders (PSR, ASR, LSR, ISR, etc) exist in MetaSolv Solution that are 'In Progress' and 'Electronically Submitted' (ASAP.SERV_REQ.SERVICE_REQUEST_STATUS = 1,2 and 101 respectively). An abandoned order is an order created by a user or the API which is left open and no further business processing ever occurs, planned or otherwise. Some of these orders have service items (circuits, telephone numbers, etc) while others have none at all. No Provisioning Plan have been assigned so there are no tasks and Gateway Events associated to them. Does MetaSolv Solution provide an out of the box solution to systematically cancel and close abandoned orders?
