ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  

The Dynamic List which is used on a Part object is not using the Criteria define in the dynamic list. The criteria should not allow certain users to be selected on a Buyers attribute.
It should not be possible to select users which are not part of the ABC_Buyer_Role.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

An error should occur when a user is selected who is not part of the ABC_Buyer_Role. This user should not appear as an option

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into web client
2. Create a Part "Printed Circuit Board, Non-Commodity"
3. Add a Buyer "abcde"
4. User is added as a buyer, but is not part of the ABC_Buyer_Role
