ETL Fails After Installing Argus Safety Patch 18.104.22.168: ORA-12899: value too large for column

ETL (Incremental and Initial) fails for Argus Insight and Argus Mart with the following error message after installing 22.214.171.124:
ODI-1217: Session SCN_populate_stage_tables_CASE02 (8913564) fails with return code 20010.
ODI-1226: Step PRC_populate_stage_tables_CASE02 fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1232: Procedure PRC_populate_stage_tables_CASE02 execution fails.
ODI-1228: Task PRC_populate_stage_tables_CASE02 (Procedure) fails on the target ORACLE connection DS_AM_ARGUSMART.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20010: ORA-12899: value too large for column "AM_STAGE_USER"."SDLP_CASE_PROD_DEVICES"."CATALOG_OTHER" (actual: 100, maximum: 30)
