Symptoms

A brand new instance running an ASCP plan for the first time is failing in MSCNSPWL64 module: Memory Based Snapshot 64 bit Linux with the following:

ERROR:

mrldcf : unable open file # 11affopen :: No such file or directory
APP-MRP-22075: An internal error has occurred (mrflit_flush_items, 901, , )
@ERRORTEXT Cause: The current routine encountered the specified@ERRORTEXT x Action: Contact your customer supportrepresentative.
APP-MRP-22075: An internal error has occurred (mrsnii_snp_item_info, 115, , )
@ERRORTEXT Cause: The current routine encountered the specified@ERRORTEXT x Action: Contact your customer supportrepresentative.
APP-MRP-22075: An internal error has occurred (main, 10, 102, GOP)
@ERRORTEXT Cause: The current routine encountered the specified@ERRORTEXT x Action: Contact your customer supportrepresentative
