ASN and Receiving Processing Performance Reduced Drastically After Upgrading to Allocation 188.8.131.52

Retail Integration Bus (RIB) processing speeds of Advance Shipment Notification (ASN) and Receiving families have reduced drastically after an upgrade to Oracle Retail Allocation version 18.104.22.168.
Following are the processing rates on average:
- Previous rates were 250 to 500 per minute for Receiving, whereas after upgrade they are at 50 to 100 per minute.
- Previous rates were 200-300 per minute for ASNOUT, whereas after upgrade they are at 50 to 100 per minute.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Process ASN and Receipt messages through RIB.
- Observe the performance drag.
