Changing the Number of Records Being Loaded Each Time Such as BOM Tab (Doc ID 1679941.1)

Goal

In Web Client, tabs such as BOM, Relationships , Attachments etc, has table and records.

When there is large number of records (for example on BOM tab, 200 items are stored) in the table, scrolling down the table, the window will show message

Loading ...
=============

And the records appear.

So the current behavior is, the application does not load all the record, but will load number of records that are currently displayed on the screen.

Therefore, the window will show

=============
Loading ...
=============

each time when the user scroll down.

The Loaded records are cached and will not be loaded again unless you add or delete each records, or move to other tab or window and return to the current tab.

Can we change the number of records that are loaded in the screen?
For example can we load the whole record at once?
