Getting BEA-000449 and BEA-040498 Errors in Application Server Log of a New Clustered Node (Doc ID 1680139.1)

Symptoms

When adding new node to the clustered environment,
the following exception occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a new managed server node to the clustered environment
2. Check application server log
