Symptoms
On : 12.1.3.9 version, Data Collections from EBS products (717, 590 and 951) to Planning Data Store
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the PS Workbench see the remaining duration against a PS Works Order (previous ASCP Planned Order) as substantially greater than expected given the Works Order quantity and the throughput rate from the route
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The remaining duration of the PS Works Order to reflect the quantity and routing times
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the ASCP Standard Collection, complete refresh and ASCP constrained plan
2. Launch the PS Plan and solve
3. See the duration against the works order as significantly greater than expected given the quantity and throughput rate
BUSINESS IMPACT
