Symptoms
Unable to change the Connection Specification on an EWO ordered bandwidth circuit. All associations (assignments, etc.) were removed to satisfy the "You must remove all design assignments before changing the connection specification" message. The connections were verified as mapped through Service Applications which would enable them as available. Note that the Connection Specifications are available when first building the circuit as "new", but unavailable when attempting to "change" the spec. The underlying query returns the relevant Connection Specs, but the client logic appears to be filtering out all specifications that are not Network extensions.
