Rollover Not Working Correctly For DOM 29, 30 And 31 (Doc ID 1682028.1)

Symptoms

On : BRM 7.3.1.0.0 version, Subscription Management

Issue:

The rollover feature does not work properly on February for customers with BDOM 29, 30 and 31.

Steps to reproduce :

 

    1. 30 Dec 2013 : create account and purchase the above plan. See balance details below :

As per above , expected is that B2 should become zero and B5 should become -7200.
