Symptoms

Payment Center Search results are not showing the appropriate icons.

Scenario

The business users are looking at the documentation and their understanding based on the documentation is that if a payment is removed from BRM (without allocating to any account), then on subsequent inquiries it will show with the icon and message that it is no longer available. The expectation is to not just get a message that nothing was found. The documentation supports what they are expecting.
