On :  8.6.4.7181 version,Oracle Application Access Controls Governor

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When submitting Access Incident Details Extract Report (AIDE report) for particular Global user as parameter, No data generated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When submitting Access Incident Details Extract Report (AIDE report) for particular Global user as parameter, it should generate incident details related to
that particular Global User

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into GRC application -->navigator --> Report Management -->CCM Result Management Reports.
2. Run Access Incident Details Extract Report by providing Global User parameter.
3. Incidents are not displayed even though incidents are assigned for particular global user.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run AIDE Report with Global user parameter.
