Symptoms

On : Oracle Health Sciences Translational Research Center (REC) Release 3.0.1, Omics Data Model issues

When attempting to run update statement to synchronize CDM & ODB scheme using the following statement, ORA-08102 error is generated:


ERROR

ORA-08102: index key not found, obj#811072, file 9, block 1357379 (2) 08102. 0000 - "index key not found, obj#%, file %s, block %s (%s)"
*Cause: Internal error
*Action: Send trace file to your customer support representative, along with information on reproducing the error
Vendor code 8102 Error at Line :1
