Failure to Retrieve CCS Profile if Control Plan is Triggered By Real Time Wallet Notification (RTWN) (Doc ID 1682749.1)

Symptoms

It appears that Charging Control Services (CCS) profile variables are not available when processing Real Time Wallet Notification (RTWN).

RTWN is generated in VWS (Voucher Wallet Server) node, and the request sent to OSD interface (Open Services Development) by beServiceTrigger. The OSD is running on SLC node (Service Logic Controller). After received by OSD, a control plan will be invoked.

What happens is that sedr (SetBEEDR) node fails to retrieve field value of CCS Profile.

The slee_acs log says it gets empty result, while the screen shoot of SPM shows it has non-empty value.

It is expected that CCS profile variables should be available on processing RTWN (Real Time Wallet Notification).
