BRM Application Needs To Be Restarted After Node Reboot Or Service Relocation In RAC

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer faced some issue at node and fail over not happened at node/cluster level. There were some network issue also and looks the db machine restart, oracle service also restart.
So all nodes are not available for 1 hour or so, application should have reconnected after all nodes became active after the restart of service/database.
