Perceptive: Export Case Series To Argus Insight Failed

Exporting cases from Perceptive to Insight fails with the message "Export Case Series to Argus Insight Failed"
Steps to Repeat:
1. Login to Argus Perceptive
2. Go to Worklist|Archived Alerts
3. Find the alert that you want to export to Insight and click on it
4. Select all the cases in the alert
5. Click on Insight Reports
6. Observe that it displays the message "Export Case Series to Argus Insight Failed"
Note: This issue is happening only when exporting from certain alerts
