Not Able to Export Transaction Details in PDF Format for Cancelled Redeem Transaction

In Oracle Retail Central Office (ORCO) 13.0.x, the following error message is displayed when exporting a transaction in .pdf format and attempting  to open that pdf file.   This issue occurs when exporting a Cancel transaction while redeeming a gift card.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to Point of Service application
  2. Click on More >> Redeem >> Gift Card.
  3. Enter Gift Card number and press Next.
  4. Masked Gift Card Number is displayed along with amount. Click on Next button.
  5. Enter Customer Details and press Next.
  6. On Tender screen, click “Undo” button.
  7. The Redeem transaction is cancelled. Let the transaction reach Central Office.
  8. Log in to Central Office and search for that transaction in the “Transaction Tracker” tab. Transaction detail screen is displayed.
  9. Export this transaction in PDF format and attempt to open the file.
