Not Able to Export Transaction Details in PDF Format for Cancelled Redeem Transaction

In Oracle Retail Central Office (ORCO) 13.0.x, the following error message is displayed when exporting a transaction in .pdf format and attempting to open that pdf file. This issue occurs when exporting a Cancel transaction while redeeming a gift card.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to Point of Service application
- Click on More >> Redeem >> Gift Card.
- Enter Gift Card number and press Next.
- Masked Gift Card Number is displayed along with amount. Click on Next button.
- Enter Customer Details and press Next.
- On Tender screen, click “Undo” button.
- The Redeem transaction is cancelled. Let the transaction reach Central Office.
- Log in to Central Office and search for that transaction in the “Transaction Tracker” tab. Transaction detail screen is displayed.
- Export this transaction in PDF format and attempt to open the file.
