Error ORA-08102 and ORA-01499 While Upgrading Database to CCB V2.4.0.2.0 (Doc ID 1684383.1)

Goal

We are getting ORA-08102 and ORA-01499 errors while executing the CCB V2.4.0.2.0 upgrade scripts. We didn't experience these errors when we executed the CCB V2.4.0.1.0 upgrade scripts. To work around the issue we have to rebuild indexes. In some cases we have to reorg the tables and rebuild all associated indexes. Please advise.
