J.4b (MHLWADMICSRCASENUMB) Item Does Not Exist In The E2B Follow-up Report (Doc ID 1684388.1)

Symptoms

J.4b (MHLWADMICSRCASENUMB) item is missing in E2B F/U (Follow-up) report.

 

When this issue is occurring, it is observed in CASE_PMDA_LICENSE table that there are duplicate deleted and active records for a LICENSE_ID value.
(one is DELETED is null and the other is DELETED is not null with the same LICENSE_ID value).
And both of these two records are having pmda number value (J.4b value) in PMDA_NUMBER column.
