(Doc ID 1684482.1)
Last updated on MARCH 10, 2019
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Messaging Server - Version 7.0.5 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
In Messaging Server 7.0.5.29.0, using Unified Configuration mode, there is an issue with the channel ordering.
When new channels are created with msconfig, starting with a character alphabetically before "d", they are also added to the XML file in alphabetical order, including being placed before the defaults channel. When this happens, default parameters are not applied to channels that get placed before the defaults channel.
