Demantra Users Disappear and Get Deleted from User_id Table (Doc ID 1684963.1)

Goal

Customer has an integrated configuration with VCP and Demantra but SSO is not enabled
They have a user by the username say 'TEST' in VCP that has some responsibility but not Demantra responsibility
They want this same user to work in Demantra but they do not assign him the Demantra responsibility
Instead, for the sake of their convenience, they independently go to Demantra Business Modeler and create a user with the exact same user name 'TEST" under SOP
That TEST user in Demantra can login and work fine
Now if they go into VCP and change the password for the user TEST, the user TEST gets deleted from user_id table in Demantra
