Messages Remain Pending In The Weblogic MessageQueue (Doc ID 1900508.1)

Symptoms

Pending messages are not being deleted from the message queue. The messages are being displayed in the 'receive' state.

Customer was not able to delete the pending message ('receive' state) manually from weblogic admin console. After restarting weblogic the pending messages were consumed.
