Blank Page Upon Logging to MetaSolv Solution Software (MSS) UI with Security Violation Error Logged in MSS Log (Doc ID 1900665.1)

Symptoms

Users getting blank page upon logging to M6 UI with the following error logged to .mss log:

<action: MSLVActionServlet: Unable to  determine global name.java.rmi.AccessException: [EJB:010160]Security  Violation: User: 'xxxxxxxx' has insufficient permission to access EJB:  type=<ejb>, application=nur, module=System-ejb.jar, ejb=Security,  method=getGlobalName, methodInterface=Remote, signature={}.>

Note
: Where xxxxxxxx in the error text is the weblogic user.
