Users getting blank page upon logging to M6 UI with the following error logged to .mss log:

<action: MSLVActionServlet: Unable to  determine global [EJB:010160]Security  Violation: User: 'xxxxxxxx' has insufficient permission to access EJB:  type=<ejb>, application=nur, module=System-ejb.jar, ejb=Security,  method=getGlobalName, methodInterface=Remote, signature={}.>

: Where xxxxxxxx in the error text is the weblogic user.
