Incorrect Japanese Translation for Error Message on Package Number (Doc ID 1901086.1)

Actual behavior
--------------------
Japanese translation for error message when user enters character other then alphanumeric
upper case character to Package Number is wrong.

Current Translation
"Package Bango Ni Shiyo Dekiru Atai Wa Hankaku Ko Nomi Desu"

The translation should exclude "Ko" for above translation because it is unnecessary.


Expected behavior
--------------------
The translation would be fixed like the following
"Package Bango Ni Shiyo Dekiru Atai Wa Hankaku Nomi Desu"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client
2. Create New -> Packages
3. On Package Name enter a character other then alphanumeric upper case character and save
