Send Notification Node Not Able To Send Expiry of Bucket When Bucket is Newly Created (Doc ID 1901087.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 27, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 5.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Send Notification Node doesn't send the correct expiry date when the bucket has just been created by a node in the same control plan, such as a Voucher Type Recharge node.

For example, a control plan that has a Voucher Type Recharge that creates a new bucket with a certain expiry, that bucket expiry won't be visible to a Send Notification Node in the same control plan. However, if the bucket was already created prior to executing the control plan, the Send Notification Node will be able to send the expiry correctly.
