Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Allocation 13.x, when attempting to approve an allocation the following error occurs:


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an Allocation.
  2. Try to approve it.
  3. Notice that the allocation is not approved successfully and moves to status 'Error'.
  4. Review the Calculation queue log for the error above.
