Symptoms

Two records with different Drug Code are displayed on J-Drug Encode screen for a single Drug Name after uploaded a new version J-Drug Dictionary.
The J-Drug Encode screen is invoked by Case Form >> Products tab >> [Encode] button.
This seems that the two version's Drug Code data are being displayed on the screen for the previous version which has been existing before
uploaded the new version and the uploaded new version itself.

For example, two records with different drug code are displayed when searched by drug name = 'トリニジール'.
