Data Filter on Flag Column Hangs When Opening It After Upgrading from OFSAA 5.6 to OFSAA 6.x

Upgrade from 5.6 to 6.1
After upgrading from Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) 5.6 to 6.1, you cannot open a Data Filter that uses a "Flag" column. When you select the Data Filter and click on the Edit button, a spinning hourglass appears and the Data Filter never opens. The interface hangs with the spinning hourglass:
As a result, there is no way for you to update the Data Filter using the interface.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to Master Maintenance
- Go to Filters
- Select and edit the Data Filter
The Filter hangs.
