Unable to Add File After Applying Patch and on Clustered Environment (Doc ID 1902071.1)

When attempting to add file after applying patch (Note that prerequisite patches:,,, are applied also) on clustered environment, file fails to load with "Error" in the client screen.
The following error occurs in tomcat localhost log file:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply patch,,,, to Application Server
2. Login to Web Client, and add file
