Goal
When MDM is not present as an edge application and OUCSS is installed without MDM related webservice connections, it is difficult to subsequently remove MDM related taskflows from the OUCSS pages using Webcenter Composer because the pages that contain MDM related taskflows (e.g. Dashboard that contains UsageOverview taskflow) throw an error and does not load. These errors prevent an admin from entering Composer, which would allow those MDM related taskflows to be removed from the pages.
