Email Addresses Are Not Shown in New Mail, When Forward In-Line of Plain Text Message (Doc ID 1902592.1)

Symptoms

When a mail is being forwarded in-line and in plain text format, then
    the email addresses of the original mail are not included in the new mail.

Eg.

Mark how the email addresses are missing on the 'From' and 'To' header lines of the forwarded message.

It was expected to find there :

 

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Convergence
  2. Go to Options - Mail - General
      if needed, deselect 'Compose messages using Rich Text'
  3. Save the new preference
  4. Go to the Mail section of Convergence
  5. Select a mail
  6. Use the option Forward - Inline

 When using Rich Text format to forward  the mail, this issue is not seen, meaning, email addresses of the original header are there.
