Transaction Export to Retail Merchandising System Fails to Produce POSU File for Customer Order Transaction (Doc ID 1902619.1)

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 14.x, for an open store day having only a single customer order transaction with no errors being exported, the saexprms (Sales Audit export) module fails to produce any output file.  Furthermore, no tables are updated to indicate completion, and there are no error messages written nor error codes returned.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Import a customer order completed transaction into ReSA.
  2. Verify no errors and store day ready for export to RMS.
  3. Run saexprms.  No error shows, yet no files are exported.
