Symptoms
A user has reported a strange behavior when sending mail via the mail client within Convergence. When this particular user sends an email and the recipient(s) viewed the mail and chose to "Reply" or "Reply all", the sending user's email address is disappearing from the headers. This happens every time we try to reply to this user. The problem happens no matter how many recipients are in the list.
There are no errors reported to the user and this issue does not occur when using a thick client, such as Outlook or Thunderbird.
