EC Client Fails to Connect Max No of Attempts Exceeded When Connected to Agile Where and Is Applied

When attempting to connect to Agile through MCAD connector, the following error occurs in the UI:

Error during File Transfer

Files can not be transferred: max. number of attempts exceeded.
Not transferred files:
<file name>
