Symptoms

When attempting to connect to Agile through MCAD connector, the following error occurs in the UI:

Error
Error during File Transfer

Files can not be transferred: max. number of attempts exceeded.
Not transferred files:
<file name>

 

See below error in agile9proxy.log:

Changes

 Applied 9.3.3.0.15 and 9.3.3.0.30 to Agile Application Server and File Manager
