Postpatch_restart.sh Leaves Services Enabled (Doc ID 1903758.1)

Symptoms

After installing ISS Patch 142824-22 on top of ISS 1u5-18, it's required to run the following script:

/bin/postpatch_restart.sh -b

But, that script leaves the ISS services enabled, even if they were originally disabled.

Ideally the behavior should be to leave the services in the same status, and maybe add another switch to control what to do with the services afterwards.
