ASAP Usage Of UPPERCASE Functions In The Eval_exp (Doc ID 1903770.1)

Goal

Does ASAP support case conversion functionality in the  'Eval_Exp' (In table 'tbl_csdl_asdl_eval' ) ? We want something similar to the following:

(UPPERCASE(apn) LIKE "EUINTERNET") AND (route LIKE "LHLR"))

'apn' and 'route' are parameters that are passed from OSM.
