OTB (Order To Buy) table locking occurs when multiple PO’s uploaded at the same time with same Dept/Class/Subclass, even though SYSTEM_OPTIONS.OTB_SYSTEM_IND = ‘N’, the below error occurs:


Steps To Reproduce:

1. Set SYSTEM_OPTIONS.OTB_SYSTEM_IND = ‘N'.
2. Call RMSSUB_XORDER.CONSUME to create orders at the same time with same Dept/Class/Subclass using multi threading.
