The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.
This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) 13.4.x, incremental data is not getting consumed at client when the database is offline.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Start the ORPOS client.
  2. Change the password of an employee.
  3. The pa_em table is a part of incremental data loading and is updated after a configured period of time (e.g., 30 min).  After 45 minutes,  run the client in offline mode.
  4. 'Username and password not matched' error appears.   Logs indicate that the system is unable to update pa_em, as the file is already in exportdb\backup.
