In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) 13.4.x, incremental data is not getting consumed at client when the database is offline.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start the ORPOS client.
- Change the password of an employee.
- The pa_em table is a part of incremental data loading and is updated after a configured period of time (e.g., 30 min). After 45 minutes, run the client in offline mode.
- 'Username and password not matched' error appears. Logs indicate that the system is unable to update pa_em, as the file is already in exportdb\backup.
