Oracle Communications Order and Service Management - Version 7.0.0 to 7.2.4 [Release 7.0.0 to 7.2]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
This scope of this procedure is to recover an order that has stopped processing due to a transient error (an error that does not result from problems in the order or in the configuration, but instead from for example, temporary environmental issues) and cannot be recovered automatically by OSM. To use this procedure, the task at which the process has stopped processing must have an error queue configured, and the queue must be set with an expiration policy to redirect.
