Case is routed and the routing tab shows current client machine time and date as expected.

After some days Day light saving time comes in to effect and the same case routing tab shows the date and time +1 hours from the actually routed date and time.

Eg: 1. 28-MAR-2013 18:38 (standard time): the routing field shows that the case has been created at 18:38, as expected (both the PC and the Argus Servers show the same hour 18:38)

02-APR-2013 (daylight saving time, DST): we open the case created at the step n.1 and we check the audit trail to verify the hour in which the case has been created. Obviously, the expected value is 28-MAR-2013 18:38, but unfortunately the system shows 28-MAR-2013 19:38!
